Evolving an AI Brand for a Global Leader
The challenge was making an AI brand feel coherent and human
Satalia’s vision for AI is expansive, but its identity needed more consistency and usability. The challenge was to translate an abstract, future-facing idea into a system people could recognise, understand, and apply. That meant looking beyond individual assets. Every element needed to work together, from the logo and visual language to motion templates, presentation systems, social content, and the website.
The approach was one visual system designed to evolve
We centred the identity on an iridescent Lambda supergraphic. It can shift, crop, frame content, and interact with imagery, giving the brand a recognisable device without forcing every application into the same layout. Silver holographic finishes, gradients, circular forms, and organic motion add depth to the system. Together, these elements balance technical precision with a more open, expressive view of artificial intelligence. The system is dynamic by design. It gives Satalia enough structure to stay consistent and enough flexibility to communicate across different audiences, channels, and formats.
Building a flexible visual language
The Satalia visual identity combines a 2D Lambda supergraphic with a structured grid system. The Lambda can be cropped, layered over imagery, or used as a framing device, while the grid’s circular elements can hold data and images or form numbers, icons, and graphic patterns. Together, these elements create a consistent design language with enough range for editorial, corporate, and campaign content.
Typography, colour, imagery, and motion work as one system rather than a collection of separate rules. The result is a brand that remains recognisably Satalia across every application.
Refining the Satalia logo
We refined Satalia’s logo to align more closely with the wider WPP brand while preserving its distinct identity. The logotype draws on WPP’s typographic language, while the Lambda symbol’s connected circular forms express unity, change, and connections to computing, mathematics, and scientific thinking.
An iridescent finish introduces a spectrum of colour, while the animated mark uses organic metaball motion. Its fluid forms merge and separate, giving the identity a sense of continuous movement.
2D Lambda Application
The visual language features two versatile design elements: a 2D Lambda symbol and a structured grid system. The Lambda symbol serves as a dynamic supergraphic that can be cropped and overlaid on images or used as a framing device. The grid’s circular elements are equally flexible—they can be arranged to display data, contain images, or create custom patterns that form numbers, icons, or pictorial elements. These components work together to provide a consistent yet adaptable design framework.
Extending the identity through 3D and motion design
Motion gives the brand another way to explain complex ideas. We created 3D animations using close-up details, fluid camera movement, and the Satalia gradient to focus attention and build visual narratives.
We also developed reusable motion templates for video intros, outros, and social media content. These templates make it easier for internal and external teams to produce consistent branded content without rebuilding the system each time.
Designing and developing Satalia’s website
We designed and developed a website that turns Satalia’s visual identity into a working digital experience. The process began with wireframes to define hierarchy, navigation, and content flow. We then developed the interface through high-fidelity prototypes before building the final site with a custom content management system.
AJAX page transitions, micro-animations, looping video, and responsive layouts bring energy to the experience without getting in the way of the content. Clear information architecture helps visitors understand Satalia’s enterprise AI capabilities and move through the site with purpose. The website gives the brand a digital home that feels expressive, structured, and built for growth.
Creating practical brand guidelines
We brought the identity together in a detailed set of brand guidelines covering the logo, iridescent supergraphics, holographic details, typography, colour, imagery, motion, and tone of voice.
The guidelines are designed for use, not just reference. They give Satalia’s internal teams and external partners clear direction while leaving room for creative interpretation across digital and physical applications.
Video templates
To bring Satalia’s new brand identity to life in motion, we created a comprehensive set of video templates, including branded intros, outros, and social media formats. These templates maintain brand consistency while offering enough flexibility for various content needs. Each template incorporates our innovative visual elements to reinforce Satalia’s forward-thinking vision through motion.
